Life Updates

 For those of you still listening, it has been quite a while.  Seasons of life have faded in and out of my life like the never ending tide of the ocean crashing upon the shore.  Welcome back.  I say that not only to you, but myself as well.  I think I will enjoy blogging once again.  It was always a favorite past time of mine.  Now, everything is even more virtual than it was 5 years ago.  Maybe this will be my online diary.  Maybe the 5 year lull of no new blog posts will lead to confusion for those following, or maybe it will be the start of something new and exciting.  In all honesty, I stumbled back upon this blog while creating an application for Walk In Love's social influencer application.  Maybe I will get cool gear and be able to promote it on here!  You never know.  Life is full of surprises, just like rediscovering this blog. ;)

Sewing~

 I have been sewing alot lately, and my Mom got me this video that two girls made on how to sew skirts and dresses. Well, I made my first skirt!!! It was surprisingly easy. As soon as I had finished my last straight line on the skirt, my sewing machine started acting up… It always has some problem for me to fix. But thankfully, I had finished the skirt before it started acting up.  :)  And now I have a beautiful skirt to wear!!!  ;)

Christmas morning is always so much fun… waking up at 5:30 a.m, running out to see all the presents under the tree. I just posted a couple of pictures, but there are many more…

YUM!!!

 Puppy Chow, Muddy Buddies, or just Chex cereal with Chocolate…. I call it Monkey Munch, and when you combine cereal, chocolate, and powdered sugar… plus a few extra ingredients, you will not be able to stop yourself from eating the whole batch…. ;)

It works best if you put wax paper down on a cookie sheet and then lay the cereal down on top of that.

                                 Put in the fridge to chill and enjoy!!!

                                 Next, put the cereal mixture in a bag with 1 cup of  powdered sugar. Seal the bag tightly and shake the mixture until all of the cereal is coated. 
          (You can add more powdered sugar if you would like.)

                 Stir all of it together so the cereal is well coated.

                 Then pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal.

          Meanwhile, pour 9 cups of chex mix cereal in a BIG bowl.

First-   Put 1 stick of butter, 1 cup chocolate chips,  1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 tsp. vanilla in a microwave safe bowl.

 ( You can add 1 cup peanut butter if you would like. :))

Then microwave it for 1 min. Stir until smooth…. look at the picture below...

Painting Nails With Friends. :)

Today we went with our friends and painted their nails. It was so much fun! We did them red and green for Christmas. Well, at least some of

 us did them red and green. :) MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

Busch Gardens

I love Busch Gardens. 

They have so many fun things to do during the holidays. :)  They put all of their Christmas things out, and it just looks so pretty! I can not wait till we go again. :)

Yay!!! It's almost Christmas!!! 14 days and counting. :)

~ We were just at Busch Gardens the other day and we saw Christmas on ice. (It is a very good show with lots of ice skaters) BUT, what made me so happy was to see that it was called CHRISTmas on ice! Nowadays, people are saying Happy Holidays,  because they are afraid to say Merry Christmas to someone. we do not need to be ashamed to say Merry Christmas… because this time of year is when we celebrate the birth of our Savior, the one who saved US from our sins!!! We need to give all the glory to God!!! So, tell everyone, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!! :)

Baseball

Baseball season has started! The only thing I wish I could change about baseball season is the weather!!! It just gets SO cold!!!! I know I live in Florida, but even for Florida, this is cold… Just the other day it got in the 30's!!! Anyways, I just wanted to say that baseball season has started! And that my brother is such a good baseball player. Oh, and… in case your wondering, the picture of the lollipop is here because they are SO good and we lick them the whole entire game… and then some. :)
